Introducing TA Assist, LLC, a dynamic company founded by April Botta and Lynne Macolini, both seasoned travel agency owners. Stemming from the need for comprehensive support within their own agency, TA Assist has evolved into a premier partner company committed to empowering travel agents and agencies for sustained growth.
At TA Assist, we've developed a suite of programs designed to foster business development, offer specialized training for independent contractors, formulate effective marketing plans, and implement efficiency programs for enhanced operations. Our mission is rooted in the belief that collaboration within the travel industry is paramount for collective success. Having weathered the challenges of recent years, we are eager to share our expertise and proven programs to propel your business forward.
April, with her Certified Travel Associate and Certified Cruise Counselor Certificates, and Lynne, boasting a Certified Travel Associate Certificate and a Certified Travel Industry Executive Certificate, collectively bring over 18 years of travel advisory experience and more than 50 years of combined management, personnel development, training, and customer service expertise. Lynne, holding a master’s degree in leadership with a background in the financial industry, complements April's extensive experience in "big box" retail management and marketing.
Central to our offerings is the Travel Advisor Training program, a comprehensive initiative that has evolved since its inception in 2016, training over 120 new travel advisors. In 2021, we expanded our reach by offering this training to other agencies, emphasizing a non-branded, generic approach to benefit agencies across the board.
In response to the industry's evolving needs, we introduced the Supplier Database Board through the organizational tool "Trello." This product, born out of necessity to streamline information for our independent contractors, has since become a valuable resource for the wider travel community.
The Travel Agency Owner Business Coaching, initiated in 2021, reflects our commitment to sharing insights gained through years of agency ownership. Acting as accountability partners, we assist in setting processes and goals to navigate the journey of building a successful agency.
In 2023, we launched our latest product, personalized Zoom sessions assisting agents in building their Profiler & Profiler+ pages for the Travel Leaders Network consortia. This service is tailored for those seeking Super Agent status and increased lead opportunities within Travel Leaders Network.
