What happens when travel advisors stop competing… and start collaborating?

That’s exactly what inspired this travel advisor conference.

Every year, we host an annual meeting for our advisors—just like many agencies do. But like many smaller agencies, we’ve found that when you only have fraction of advisors that are able to go, so it can be hard to attract strong supplier engagement. And we know we’re not alone. There are so many incredible agencies out there with talented advisors who simply don’t have the scale—yet—to get the attention they deserve.

So we decided to change that.

Instead of staying in our own lanes, we’re bringing agencies together. By joining forces, we create something bigger—more energy, more ideas, more opportunities, and stronger supplier relationships for everyone involved.

Because let’s be honest… some of the most valuable moments at any conference aren’t just the sessions—they’re the conversations. The ones in the hallway, over coffee, or late at night when you’re sharing ideas with people who truly get it. That’s where growth happens.

This conference for travel advisors and travel agency owners was built around that idea.

When and where is our Conference?

📍 October 15–18 | DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Theme Park Resort (near SeaWorld)

We’re creating a dynamic, collaborative experience inspired by large-scale industry events—but with a more personal, approachable feel. You’ll have access to:

  • General sessions with industry insights

  • Breakout sessions so you can focus on what matters most to you

  • Roundtable discussions designed for real conversations

  • A trade show with engaged suppliers

  • A business lounge for quick work sessions, calls, or one-on-one supplier meetings

Suppliers are already signing on—and outreach has been extensive—so the opportunity to connect and build meaningful relationships will be a huge part of the experience.

We’re also opening the door for agency owners to share their expertise through breakout sessions. Everyone brings something valuable to the table, and this is a chance to learn from each other in a real, practical way. If you have a side business that supports advisors, there’s space for that too.

And because we believe experiences matter, we’re planning optional pre- and post-conference activities like:

  • Discovery Cove tour and SeaWorld Orlando tour

  • A ship tour of Utopia of the Seas
    …with more to come

Most importantly, this is designed to be a true community space.

          NO poaching of other advisors.

          NO bad-mouthing other agencies.
          NO competition mindset.
          NO “host agency spotlight.”

Every agency is equal. Every voice matters. This is about learning, sharing, and growing—together. With multiple agency owners already committed, the energy behind this is something special.

Attendee Testimonials

"I am looking forward to our Passport to Possibilities 2026 Annual meeting this October! Last year we had one of my favorite meetings because we were able to strengthen our relationships with some BDMs and gain knowledge about venders that I hadn’t used before. I’m looking forward to 2026 as it will be a larger scale and I honestly am excited to meet our agents from other agencies and learn from each other too!" - Lisa W.

"Attending last year’s Passport to Possibilities Conference was the perfect way to jumpstart my first year as a travel advisor, especially while navigating that initial learning curve. I was so encouraged by how welcoming everyone was; there is a genuine spirit of community here where people truly want to see you succeed and share their knowledge freely. The suppliers and BDMs were also incredibly approachable, creating the perfect environment to learn and grow. While the independent nature of this career can sometimes feel a bit isolated at the start, this event completely changed that for me. I walked away feeling fully supported and so much more confident in building my business. It is an absolute must-do, and I already can’t wait for this year’s conference!" - Deanna S.
